Russian Space Shuttle Sails up the Rhine for German Home

Anyone remember the Buran space shuttles from the former Soviet Union? Well, according to the article below the second one has found a home. I think only the first one flew, so this one never launched. If you look closer at the photo in the article it looks like regular jet engines in the back. Jet engines were used for approach and landing tests. I don't believe they were ever used in an actual mission. I would suspect jet engines wouldn't survive the vibrations of launch.
